Altaf was delighted to catch up with the team who run the Air Ambulance from Swansea Airport whilst out and about in Gower.
As a retired surgeon, he was particularly keen to learn about the techniques the crew use to stabilise patients when they first arrive at a call-out, as providing certain types of vital intervention early on can have a major baring on the long-term outcome for the patient.
Altaf said "the Air Ambulance does a fantastic job and deserves our support".
